I got F&A number from a friend of mine and called the owner fady, we set up a meeting he came by and gave me an estimate we agreed on a price and he came 2 days latter they started the job , they really professional, clean,and organized.
I love my new concrete and grass, I highly recommend F&A , did a great a job on my project and will do the same for you so don't hesitate and give them a call you won't regret.

Absolutely amazing full flip of interior and exterior of home. Everyone drives by and its the best looking home in neighborhood

I hired f&A construction to get stamped concrete done for my backyard and the sidewalk. Here is the main issues that have arrived since:
1. I hired the business back in 2021. They promised a complete adequate work and follow-up to repair the cracks and settlement in a year time. The owner Fadi promised all of this.
2. Following this, he completely spoiled and damaged my sidewalk while doing the other sidewalk on the side. There's chips and cracks and damages all over while doing the initial installation.
3. Following the work which was completed, he asked me to pay in cash to avoid paying taxes. I handed him over the 10,000 complete in cash.
4. Following this I kept on calling him regarding the damage repair. He initially denied saying this was concrete stains and just a power wash will do it. But he never came to assess.
5. Multiple phone calls, text messages that went unheard. He was non-responsive and very unprofessional. Quoting different times and dates and empty promises that he will show up.
6. He finally did show up and went assessed the damages. He agreed that there's more than just a power wash and stains. He promised me that he would return before the Autumn ends to repair damages.
7. However, he never returned and the damages remain even to this point. He never returned for the follow-up to repair the cracks and the damages either.
8. Please feel free to check the text messages, screenshots and the images that I'm posting here. I will add further images from my security cameras on what has happened..
9. Cherry on top, he dismantled my backyard door and never put it back together again. I had to hire another professional to put the backyard door back up again after 3 months.
10. I would avoid this company by a mile. We are a bunch of unprofessionals, they deceive, they would never follow a professionally back up again. And if anything happens do not count on them.
11. I have all the security videos with me, however, due to the restrictions I cannot add them here.

Did my concrete Rear pad and around my garage.waited to write review to see how it lasted over the winter. Great job done properly on a timely matter with a great price. Highly recommend using these hard working Guys.

F&A did a realy good job fixing up my backyard making a stamp patio and a sidewalk with steps along the side and the back. It turned out realy good , best quality, if you are looking to do concrete and landscaping they are definitely the one to call.
