Bright House Cleaning Services

I called them based on reviews and Marina seemed eager to do a good job. When i went to check on the rental property that I manage today I was shocked to see that only the front windows were done,the radiators and the entry door windows was not even touched. She claimed she didn't know how to lift a slider windows out to clean! Furthermore her price went up from 150-200 to almost 400$.I messaged her and she reduced the bill from from 400 to 300.
Today I went to visit the apartment and I was very suprised by the lack of effort put into the job.What a total waste of time and money.All i got from her was a lot of excuses (word barf). My recommendation is if you hire this company you must stay on top of them and check out everything they say they will do in real time as I was away last Saturday and fully gave over my trust .

Bright House Cleaning services did a good job cleaning our home. We are pleased with their services and will continue with monthly service from them.

Bright House Cleaning Services sent two cleaners to our house last week and they were great - friendly, communicative, they did a great job on a messy house with three dogs. They also worked pretty quickly and quietly while I worked from home. Really great service!

We are so happy with Bright House Cleaning Services!! They are extraordinary and extremely detailed in their approach. My house has never look so immaculate. They come with all of their own cleaning products and tools and work very fast and effectively. We have Bright House come once a week and this has been the best decision for us. Wednesday has become my favorite day of the week because I know I'm coming home to a sparkling house! Would 100% recommend.

We needed a fresh deep clean and the ladies..Irenena from Brightstar was attentive and so helpful... Anita and her partner who Irenena sent were just awesome, professional and warm. a mix one does not see very often.. I would definitely be calling on their assistance again and recommending them.. Awesome job! I called Bright House Cleaning Services in the morning and they were able to clean my place the same day. The place was filthy but now it's spotless. I feel much better about moving in now. I will be calling them again.
