My Hisense fridge broke down and Sergei was able to come by pretty quickly to look into the problem. I found he was very helpful in outlining possible ways forward, so I could make an informed decision. He was able to diagnose the problem with my fridge (a faulty controller) pretty quickly and he was able to replace the part to bring the fridge back to life again. He stuck around for a while after the fridge started working just to make sure everything was working fine, which I thought was a nice touch.
