Out of frustration from the first technician who failed to properly diagnose our refrigirator's problem and not calling back for his failed job; I googled and found SAS, rating and reviews are good. Didnt bother to check his review in Homestars as that's where I get the first technician from..not directly though. In other words just piggybacking from a legit homestars trade.

I messaged the SAS and had a few back and forth exchange. Sergie responded even before agreeing to get his services. HE FIXED OUR REF without effort. Replaced the RIGHT PART. This time someone got it right without too much drama!
Although cost me twice, next appliance breakdown definitely wont hesitate to get Sergei again!!!
