Dryer broke - put the request out and Sergei responded right away. He was here when promised. Quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the issue (fried component on the circuit board)). He offered 2 options to fix it - 1 replace (provided all costs), 2 fix.
I went with the fix and he was able to spend a bit of time replacing the fried component and and getting the dryer working again.
Super speedy, professional, and nice to deal with. Would use him again if anything else goes wrong in my house.
