In my 50 years of cleaning my own home, I called a cleaning service for the first time. They took 7.5 hours cleaning a 900 square foot empty apartment that had been renovated. They arrived 2 females with 2 small school backpacks. I asked where is the bucket, mop, vacuum, etc.....you know cleaning materials????? They said don't worry, leave and we will call you when ready. 7.5 hours later they took off charged me 300 dollars and the place was soooooo dirty!!!! When I called back they hung up on me multiple times. So unprofessional. This business is a joke Beware!
