We had 2 large projects that Stuart and his crews tackled. Both jobs were done in a timely and personal manner. The jobs were successfully completed and we couldn't be happier with the results. We would highly recommend them. Thank you Stuart for been an honest man !!!!

I had Stuart explain to me the process of replacing my sewer line and how they would dig two holes by hand ,one at the foundation and the other at the city line .They would then attach the the sewer line hydraulically under ground .
With this process your not left with a mound of dirt on your grass .
Stuart is a gentlemen and very knowledgeable and he really put my wife and I at ease and answered all my questions .
The work crew of Alex ,Andre ,Nicolas and Dimitri did their jobs very well and were very pleasant . Thank you Jack & Audrey

Stewart and his crew Stan and Ram were brilliant!
Over the Christmas Holidays my old clay drainage pipe collapsed sending

sewage into the basement. Neighbours said to get in touch with their plumber.
I called and within hours Stewart called from Mexico where he was on holiday.
A few days later he came to the house and with a camera confirmed his suspicion that the pipe was full of tree roots. After getting gas line clearances, the crew arrived and after 2 days of intense hand digging a new pipe was in place and a backwater valve installed.
I'm very happy with the results and with McDowell Drain Service!

Mr. Stuart and his team did a great job in urgent situation replacing the very old and corrupted sewage system in our building (triplex). It was really selfless work but very successful. My greatest appreciation to Stuart and his workers!

Called around and found McDowell Drain service to be the most responsive.
Stuart answered my questions and as I am alone I felt comfortable having them resolve the flood in my basement.
Another company had told me I would have to replace the sewer from the house to the street. The quote was over $8000.00.
Stuart arrived within 2 hours and resolved the problem using a snake and a camera to check the blockage was removed.

My basement was flooding late in the night and being a single mother I was in a panic.
I called several companies but only this one responded.
Edmund came over within about an hour. He worked very hard and got the drain to work again.
Once all the mess had drained away he checked the sewer with a camera and found the sewer pipe was in good condition.
He explaied the blockage was most likely the baby wipes i put into the toilet ( I promise never to do that again )
