The first time I used them, they were great. I called them back to do a basic ground floor cleaning and they showed up a full seven hours late, and did not follow any of my instructions. To make up for the very long delay, they sent who they said were their very best cleaners. Not only did they not follow any of my instructions, but I specified ground floor only and they went rifling through my things in every room in the house. They left rotting food in the dishwasher and in the trash, and left the bins tipped over in the front yard.
I asked for before and after photos of the ground floor cleaning job, and instead I got a dozen photos of my personal effects in the master bedroom and office. Both private spaces I have never allowed anyone into in my absence. It was like something from a horror film.
