The first time I used them, they were great. I called them back to do a basic ground floor cleaning and they showed up a full seven hours late, and did not follow any of my instructions. To make up for the very long delay, they sent who they said were their very best cleaners. Not only did they not follow any of my instructions, but I specified ground floor only and they went rifling through my things in every room in the house. They left rotting food in the dishwasher and in the trash, and left the bins tipped over in the front yard.

I asked for before and after photos of the ground floor cleaning job, and instead I got a dozen photos of my personal effects in the master bedroom and office. Both private spaces I have never allowed anyone into in my absence. It was like something from a horror film.

Squeaky Cleaning was extremely prompt from the beginning: about an hour after I submitted an inquiry on their website, I received a phone call and a competitively priced quote ($200 before tax). I took some time to consider options and then was able to book online from a link in their quote email to me.

They sent a lady named Erika who was very friendly and did a great job cleaning our place. After she finished I received another text from Squeaky Cleaning asking for feedback.

This has been my first experience ever hiring professional cleaning services, but I was surprised by how seamless the process was with Squeaky Cleaning, and I had a great first experience with them
