Kris and his helper were not only the most communicative and timely in their follow up to my request, they had the most pre-site visit questions to have a full scope of the job need as best as I could answer.
The situation changed slightly when they arrived (I had mistakenly given a wrong answer) but they took it in stride to accomplish the job regardless.
The team arrived on time (a few mins early in fact). The work quality was top notch. I felt safe, respected, and understood (woman alone in my home) and would most certainly hire Kris and his team again.
