I had MDI Design and Build Inc, quote me on a big project we had planned for a few years. We needed an interlocking driveway, a fence and some landscaping done. I wish we would have found Dan earlier, we would never had waited so long. The driveway and landscaping in the front of the house turned out beautiful. We had the fence put in the back yard and a gate across the front of the driveway. This has added so much curb appeal to our property. We are so pleased and have told so many people about Dan, our neighbor is using him now too. We are very happy with the quality and timing of the work Dan did.

We called Mdi Design Build to quote us on our backyard reno. We needed interlock, fence, and a deck build.
They came in with very unique ideas and gave us excellent product recommendation.
They were not the cheapest in price but we decided to move forward with them as as they had the best ideas for us.
Although they started the job one day later than the actual start date they managed to finish the project 2 days before the contract stated finish date.
The attention and detail that was put into our backyard by them was by far some of the best work we have ever seen.

I recently had to replace my front steps, I saw these guys doing renovations down the street and decided to have them take a look at my steps. They came up with a great design for the front steps, work was quickly and I am happy with end results.

We hired mdi to install a ggrade entrance as well as egress window . We had talked with Dan and was very knowledgeable and went through the process step by step with my wife and I. He provided a quote and we decide to go ahead . They did the job in a timely manner actually quicker than what he originally told us and with complete quality workmanship. I Hired Dan from MDI Design and build to plow/shovel my driveway this season. The first snow fall this year Dan was at my driveway first thing and did an excellent and very thorough job. After he was finished he knocked the door and asked if i had any deicer that he could spread for me (which he did).Dan did an excellent job and i would recommend Dan and MDI to anyone! Thanks Dan!!

I had MDI Design & Build do a backyard renovation for me. I had several other companies in to quote and give me some ideas. I really liked MDI's vision. He gave ideas other companies didn't. The two tiered deck turned out beautifully, better than I had envisioned. The plants and shrubs that were chosen were just the icing on the cake. The bbq area is like my own little kitchen. I am so pleased.

Initially MDI was chosen over "brick and mortar" competition to repair the driveway retaining wall. MDI offered the best and total solution at affordable pricing to rectify the problem. Their conceptualization and design was miles ahead of the competition.
The project evolved into a total redesign of the landscaping of house frontage, thanks to MDI design and creativity. The house now has a WOW! curb appeal....Thanks to MDI creative genious and ability the house frontage has now been totally transformed...The project was complex and challenging...as it entailed removing existing retaining wall, 10" thick cement walkway and old shrubs and trees...the execution on removing the old walkway cement was truly outstanding...as the difficulty level was very high...they dealt with unforceen issues with smartness and diligence...the project did not go without the normal construction hiccups...health, weather, labour shortage, operational and busy season issues, affected the scheduling of completion...however, MDI did their very best effort in lieu of the various constraints and completely finished the project...MDI transformed and enhanced the value of the house. They delivered beyong expectations. The final price of the project was in accordance with agreed terms. There were no hidden suprises.
