The mold in the attic was removed & treated & the affected drywall & insulation was replaced but the tenant who has 20 years experience in the industry said they displaced the insulation leaving voids and no insulation in a couple of areas, causing condensation on the interior side of the vapor barrier. He also noticed they left some original drywall in the “hard to reach place”. Typically all joints and penetrations of fire walls need to taped or mudded, which the fasteners were not in this case. Last but not least, the disrespect of workers sitting in their bedroom unmasked and no dust protection while removing & fixing the ceiling. They were late 3 out of 4 days & asked the tenant to provide masks. One of the workers put his foot through the bedroom ceiling & waited for the tenant to point it out. When it was repaired the texture & paint did not match! I requested a partial refund & did not hear back about it.

Hard working guys, reliable and trustworthy. The project is in a crawl space, and it's pretty difficult for them to maneuver. They did a very good

Jorge and his crew cleared a commercial space for us in Surrey. He ran his crew with professionalism, and I was very pleased with the Job he completed. Jorge was very responsive from the start. He and his team were able to start the job within days of the quote. Job done in a day. Brought a large bin in, took it away once full. Processed asbestos separately. Very reasonably priced and on budget. Highly recommend them

This company did a great job with their abatement work a house I had to demolition. They finished the job in a reasonable time frame and had no problems with worksafe when they came to inspect the house. Price was fair as well and the customer service was great, they walked me through the entire process and explained in great detail so I could understand the procedure for asbestos abatement. Only complaint I would have is that some days they would arrive somewhere between 30-45 minutes late, however their performance during the job was fantastic!

The first day they showed up with the proper paper work & permits. Set up all areas that need to be worked on the first day.
The workers were courteous and seem to work as a team.
Ounce the demo started, it seemed to go fairly quickly. They dropped off a huge bin for the large amount of waist.
By the end of the job, I can say we had no issues with the work or workers & we’d recommend them to anyone looking to have Asbestos removal on a large or small scale.
