From the inception, Alex and Celine provided us with good customer service, thorough knowledge, professionalism, understanding, and listened to our needs regarding the mould situation in our basement due to water damage. They were responsive and communicated well with us in writing and via phone calls/voicemails to provide us with a fair and affordable removal/remediation plan of action.

Likewise, Charles and Arthur completed our project in a timely fashion. They both demonstrated friendliness, trustworthiness, knowledge, flexibility, adaptability, and communicated well with us through the entirety of the project. The scope of the project included a detailed quote, an asbestos test, mould remediation, fogging, removal of items in the basement affected by mould (e.g., baseboards, drywall, shower, ceiling tiles, etc.), and they cleaned & disinfected all surfaces. As well, Charles was able to fix our leaking kitchen sink to eliminate water droplets into the basement washroom.
