Alex and his Team are extremely professional and efficient. Their prices are fair and the communication leading up the job was stellar. My family took literal months before deciding to move forward with the project and Alex was so incredibly Patient. He texted me every couple of weeks to follow-up on the status and never displayed any annoyance at our delays. In one day, his Team removed our garage ceiling and cleaned up the mold that had built-up from a roof leak. That job was $1400 approx, which is far less than the other quotes we got. One company quoted almost $3k!
They also offered to disinfect all of the garage items which may have had mold spores on them, for an extra $300. Totally worth it. This mold issue happened once before, about 5 years ago (another company fixed it) and it started growing again, shortly after. We asked Alex for the 'item-disinfection' because we wanted to ensure the garage was totally clean. They finished the job in one day, provided before and after photos, and left the garage CLEANER than it was when they started. Ultimately, if you need mold removal, you need to hire Alex. He is on point and definitely professional to the extreme; not just in his work but also in his manner of speaking, his knowledge of his industry, and overall demeanour. We hired Alex and his team to do a full gut and remediation of our basement.
From the initial quote through to the end of our project, Alex was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. The level of customer service was excellent - he did everything he could to make sure we were happy and that the process went smoothly.
The team led by Charles working on our basement was amazing - on time, great communication throughout the process, worked a couple of long days to make sure everything was finished on schedule, and left everything super clean. You can tell they took the time and really did a thorough cleaning.

I'm a first time home owner with an old house. I knew close to nothing with renovation and maintenance in the beginning, and was looking to do asbestos testing as a first step. I feel so lucky that I came across Alex. I ended up working with him and his buddies on pretty much everything in the house. Even my neighbors were impressed with their work and kept telling me that they did a good job.
At the beginning, I submitted an asbestos testing request, and explained to every interested company that I didn't really know where to look, but I did want to test "everything" in the house and know what can or cannot be done going forward. Alex was incredibly patient from the beginning, explaining what he planned to do and was very clear about the costs. I noticed that his business seemed relatively new, but was impressed by the clear communication and expectations, and decided to do the testing with him. It was the best decision!
On the day of the appointment, he carefully looked around the house while discussing about my renovation plans, the explained in great detail about what needs to be tested, and also offered a ton of side tips on renovation, like what's most cost-effective and the best order to do stuff. It was invaluable advice.
He also brought a colleague to make sketches of the house while he took the samples, so that if we decided to continue working with him on demolition and abatement, we don't need another appointment. I knew this was extra cost for him if we did not process with him, and really appreciated how he went out of the way to save our time. I already knew I wanted to work with him, and can trust him to take the proper precautions with asbestos.
We had a quick call when the test reports came back, then I got an incredibly detailed room-by-room quote, with unit prices and measurements. It was daunting at first, but I liked the transparency of pricing, because it also means we had a good idea of what the extra costs could be if there are any surprises during the project.
Of course, with the level of detail and care, they did a great job with demolition. All the windows, appliances and plants are intact after a big job, and everything was spotless. He also gave us daily updates on progress so we know exactly how things are going.
And of course, there are always surprises when you dig into an old house. Alex communicated everything clearly and timely, with transparent quotes. He also hired contractors and buddies to help us with plumbing, electricity, installation, etc when we had to remove more stuff than planned, to help restore the house to a livable condition in time. He also always made it clear that we don't have to work with his recommendations and feel free to find our own contractors. In fact, it's almost impossible to find anyone in time in the crazy market, and it's quite difficult for them to squeeze us in so we also really appreciated this help.

Alex and his team were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I had asbestos and black mold removed from my basement and crawl space, and they took every precaution possible to ensure our safety, and the safe removal of the mold & asbestos.

They were also extremely diligent and caring in terms of their techniques to ensure everything was removed properly, and they wouldn't stop until they had done so in the most effective and safe way.

Alex and his team were also very knowledgeable about what they were doing. As they completed each step, they were explaining what they were doing as they completed it and what they next steps for them would be. When everything was finished, they explained in great detail what they had accomplished/completed, walked me through exactly what they had done while in front of the finished product, and gave me effective and detailed next steps in terms of keeping the mold away and maintaining our clean basement.

I was extremely happy with the finished product, and I wouldn't want anyone else handling my mold & asbestos issues. Alex and his team were incredible to work with, and would 100% recommend to others and use again. You'd be foolish to go anywhere else.

They removed the concrete quickly and efficiently. They found another layer of concrete under the main concrete path and alerted me to this. They removed the additional concrete for an agreed upon additional $. They cleaned up an left my yard looking better than it did when they started the job.
