I needed to have my 100 years old garage removed, so I went on Homestars to check for a price. Alex called me in less than half an hour and after we discussed what I wanted done, he setup an appointment to come out the next day to give me an estimate. Charles showed up exactly when he said, checked out the situation and said that Alex will email me the estimate, which he promptly did. Up till now there had been no mention of price, so I was prepared for sticker shock, but the estimate was more than reasonable, so I said yes. I could not be happier with that decision than I am, they were always professional, did what they said they said they would do and even a few extras. What more could you ask for?

Just recently moved into our first home and we have been advised by the inspector that the property has asbestos. First thing that came up when we googled asbestos removal is Restoranation. I had contacted a few companies for mold remediation due to old water damage in my parents bathroom and dining room. One was a big well known company who didn't seem to need to work, and the others were smaller, well reviewed, economical companies - but not the standard I was looking for.

Alex, from the moment we spoke, was a wealth of information and his answers to my "test" questions were bang on. The added bonus was they offered testing through an accredited lab. As it was my parents home, I wanted to know exactly what issues we were dealing with in a 50 year old house. Alex's pricing was fair and he spent the time explaining the estimate.

Charles handled the work with friendly and professional ease. Always punctual and answered all my questions (I had a lot!) with informative responses from his years of experience.

The process was as I had hoped - containment areas were set up from floor to ceiling, Charles wore proper attire in the containment area, and there was a "clean" area to avoid cross-contamination outside of the work areas.

Pre mold/asbestos and the post mold tests were worth its price for peace of mind, and a testament to Charles' diligent work.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Alex and Charles, and the mold remediation service offered.

Alex from Restoranation was very helpful and thorough with his free inspection for mould at a new property. He was requested to take two samples of plaster walls to determine if asbestos was present and did so in full safety gear. Results thankfully came back negative, but if they had been positive I feel Alex and his team would have been a good choice for demolition, or remediation solutions.
