I had a mold infestation under the sink in the basement. I need to get it fixed quickly. Alex from Restoranation was quick to come in, assess the problem and provide be a quote. After comparing around, the quote was good and Alex was very professional. We went ahead with the job and his crew did an amazing job of not only fixing the problem but also conducting the job in a clean and professional fashion. I recently had the pleasure of working with Restoranation for a mould clean-up in my home, and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

We had Restoranation Environmental Services come to do abatement and repair of our livingroom ceiling due to a couple of leaks in our roof. Alex explained in detail what and how the work will be done, which was great to help us understand. We were so impressed with the setup in terms of the containment area that was constructed which included fans and vacuums to minimize any dust or asbestos from the popcorn ceiling escaping the containment area!!
The guys were friendly, personable and obviously skilled at what they did, and kept us updated with any changes or supplies they need to go purchase such as drywall! Once the repair work was done, they removed everything, cleaned any debris that remained during tear down and left the livingroom spotless!! This is a family run business and they focus on the work that needs to be done, as well as making sure the customer is well informed and happy with the results!! They will be returning at the end of the month for further work!
We can't wait to see them again!!

The team was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. They did a great job and provided great before and after photos. They were Very flexible for scheduling and getting the work done as quickly as possible as we had a bit of a deadline to meet. Great job.

We needed mold remediation in an attic area. Alex came to view the job and provide a quote within a day of calling, and was eager to provide answers to all my questions. The price was also less than other quotes we received. The team came on the day we scheduled, and went over the project before starting. They put runners down to prevent dirtying our carpet, and were overall very courteous. They completed the entire job in one day! We were so pleased with the service, and they thanked us! Would highly recommend them.

Alex was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to address all of our concerns, making sure we had all of the information we needed before taking the samples we requested. He never made us feel rushed or like we asked too many questions, and not once did we feel pressured to do anything we didn't feel 100% comfortable with. Alex has a great wealth of knowledge and was an absolute delight to work with! If I could give more than 10/10, I would!
