We were arranging a top-up of attic insulation which revealed a mould problem which had to be remediated first. We received referral to Restoranation. Alex was quick to respond, inspect and quote the job. They arrived on time and did a spectacular job removing the mould from the attic and cleaning and disinfecting when finished. The crew did a great job removing my outdoor grill/chimney. They did no damage to the pear tree that was wrapped around the chimney. They did a very good cleanup of the site.

From the prompt first phone call with Celine, to the quick and thorough site visit with Alex, to the clean and efficient work by Charles and Arthur to remove the mold and sanitize the infected space, we were impressed by the entire team. Everything was explained clearly. Everyone was super kind and helpful. And we were able to locate the source of the leak so that we can prevent further water damage. Looking forward to their next visit to put the drywall back, once the leak is fixed. They did everything they said they would so far; no unpleasant surprises - only positive experiences.
