From the inception, Alex and Celine provided us with good customer service, thorough knowledge, professionalism, understanding, and listened to our needs regarding the mould situation in our basement due to water damage. They were responsive and communicated well with us in writing and via phone calls/voicemails to provide us with a fair and affordable removal/remediation plan of action.

Likewise, Charles and Arthur completed our project in a timely fashion. They both demonstrated friendliness, trustworthiness, knowledge, flexibility, adaptability, and communicated well with us through the entirety of the project. The scope of the project included a detailed quote, an asbestos test, mould remediation, fogging, removal of items in the basement affected by mould (e.g., baseboards, drywall, shower, ceiling tiles, etc.), and they cleaned & disinfected all surfaces. As well, Charles was able to fix our leaking kitchen sink to eliminate water droplets into the basement washroom.

Someone came to assess our mould issue within a few days of calling and answered all my questions so patiently. They put my mind at ease.
The technicians found the source of water that was coming into our home causing the mould problem, and no other consultant could! The technicians worked clean and efficiently. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

Alex and his team were amazing. Arthur and Charles came in and assessed my ensuite for a water leak and any damage. They were professional and took care to make sure that if there was mold, it would be contained. They also checked my basement (we had 2 jobs done). They cleaned and disposed of the insulation on the walls (unfinished basement). Alex did an air quality test to put our mind at ease and ensure there wasn't and mold in the air. This was at an extra cost which we were fine with. We never felt pressured. In fact, we felt comfortable and confident in their abilities. We are happy we hired them and we would highly recommend them.

I reached out to get quotes for asbestos removal and Alex from Restoranation not only came in and provided a thorough inspection of that issue, but was the only one that also noted the mould issue in the same area of the basement. He gave me all of the information for me to make a decision on how to proceed, but wasnt pushy about doing more than what I wanted.

We developed mold in our cold room. I consulted several highly rated companies, Restoration was by far the best. Even though I'm a good distance away, he made the trip to check out my place. It wasnt just a quick look-over either; he really took his time to see what was going on.

From start to finish, RestoraNation was fantastic to work with. Alex arrived to survey the job site promptly and made us immediately comfortable that they knew how to to the job, properly. When they arrived on demo day, Charles, the demo leader was friendly, professional and extremely knowleagable. They performed the job exactly as we asked and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a garage/shed demo done.

They provided me with a quote for taking down my detached garage. And while my husband and I ultimately decided not to go ahead with the project at all, they were great to deal with in the quoting stage.

My contractor found asbestos tape around a vent during renovation- I emailed Restoranation by chance and met Alex. Alex was extremely helpful in explaining the process, safety and ensuring I had knowledge to remain calm. He is patient and responsive.
Charles and his team came to do the work in a quick turnaround time so contractors werent delayed, and let me know about other asbestos areas in case I was to renovate them in future to ensure safety. In one area we are renovating so a quick test was done.
This team is now also helping with some areas of water damage.

Our attic was not properly vented and so developed mold all around. Their team sealed up the room where the attic access was and did such a thorough cleaning you would not know there was mold there before.
