I received three quotes for this job. Restoranation's quote was in the middle. I chose them since they were the only ones to send someone to actually look at the attic and because they were interested in determining the cause of the mold and what could be done to ensure it did not return. I decided to have the old insulation removed, the removing of the mold and then new insulation put into the attic. The crew that came each day was very professional and friendly. I liked the fact that they took before and after pictures of the work performed.

One of the pipe connection to the waste water sewage drain had cracked and waste water went into my basement floor. Over time black mould started to developed on the drywall. I called Restoranation Inc and I was glad I did. Not only were they fast and responsive, they were professional all through out the process from the time of estimate to job completion.

I've removed my basement ceiling and found a few dead mice and a lot of mouse droppings, giving me allergic reactions for days. I also had an old carpet to remove from the basement, as well as some mold on the foundation wall.

Having used Restoranation on many occasions before, I knew I could count on them to handle these problems. After a day of work, the basement was properly clean and disinfected.

Two floors of asbestos tile and mold removed. Alex went above and beyond with his communication and updates. They did such an excellent job cleaning the mold and asbestos tile and did it within the time frame. I can't thank them enough for making the house safe again.

We had a leak from our kitchen sink that destroyed the shelving under the sink, soaked through the wall, and poured down through a basement wall into our guest room. The utility room next to the guest room also had a significant amount of visible black mold (from before we moved in), and there were signs of water damage in a room on the second floor. We had hired a previous mold remediation company to look at the mold in the basement, and they had overcharged us for an unnecessary asbestos test (testing drywall from the last 20 years for asbestos) and their communications had been extremely unprofessional. We called in Restoranation o fix the pressing issue of the water damage from our leaky sink and examine all of the other concerns. Alex was extremely quick to come check out our situation and his communications were friendly and professional. He discouraged us from paying for services that we did not need and focused on addressing our very really mold and water damage problems in a timely manner. His team was extremely professional and friendly. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were doing and walk us through future mold remediation that we may want to do when we have the money. Their work is clean and professional. I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs timely and professional mold remediation or water damage repair.

We had tiles pop out of our spare bathroom while in the middle of redoing our ensuite. Not ideal to be down two washrooms at the same time. We were so worried and stressed so I started googling different mold remediation companies. My call was taken quickly and we had Alex the owner arrive within an hour of my call. From the inception, Alex and Celine provided us with good customer service, thorough knowledge, professionalism, understanding, and listened to our needs regarding the mould situation in our basement due to water damage. They were responsive and communicated well with us in writing and via phone calls/voicemails to provide us with a fair and affordable removal/remediation plan of action.

The scope of the project included a detailed quote, an asbestos test, mould remediation, fogging, removal of items in the basement affected by mould (e.g., baseboards, drywall, shower, ceiling tiles, etc.), and they cleaned & disinfected all surfaces. As well, Charles was able to fix our leaking kitchen sink to eliminate water droplets into the basement washroom.

Someone came to assess our mould issue within a few days of calling and answered all my questions so patiently. They put my mind at ease.
The technicians found the source of water that was coming into our home causing the mould problem, and no other consultant could! The technicians worked clean and efficiently. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

Alex and his team were amazing. Arthur and Charles came in and assessed my ensuite for a water leak and any damage. They were professional and took care to make sure that if there was mold, it would be contained. They also checked my basement (we had 2 jobs done). They cleaned and disposed of the insulation on the walls (unfinished basement). Alex did an air quality test to put our mind at ease and ensure there wasn't and mold in the air. This was at an extra cost which we were fine with. We never felt pressured. In fact, we felt comfortable and confident in their abilities.
