Alex answered my call on a weekend, and came quickly with Charles for a site visit on Monday to explain the proposed remediation & rebuild plan in detail. They did not charge for the site visit and provided a free estimate, which many companies don't do. From day 1, they have been very helpful, professional and took time to answer all our questions along the way. Charles really put our minds at ease. We are very satisfied with the quality of his work.

We had found mould in our kitchen and was concerned on the outcome. Alex from Restoranation was very professional and communicated clearly every step of the way. We were very pleased with the work that was done.

Charles came in to inspect our new (old) house to give us an idea of where we may have asbestos and how to deal with it. He walked the whole house with me and really put my mind at ease, answering all my questions. One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever heard.

From the moment I spoke with Alex on the phone, he was kind, knowledgeable and understanding.
After explaining my situation he clearly explained the process and the costs attached to them.
We had a water spilled that went unnoticed for a few hours and I found some mold underneath my sons laundry hamper. I cleaned it myself, now I know I shouldnt have, but to be safe we had our air quality tested just in case.
On the day Alex was scheduled, he arrived on time and as he was testing the air quality he thoroughly explained the process. He is also a very personable person who seems to treat your home like his own and gives you options on next steps.
Our air quality came back okay but if I ever need anymore info or work done due to mold I will definitely be hiring Alex and his team. I know that it will be quality work and the job will be done right!

Had Alex come out and review the work we needed done. Was just one small wall we needed taken down. He was very professional and kindly explained everything that would happen and went into detail about the cons with our home being old and there was a possibility of asbestos. He explained how that would be dealt with if we ran into it. Thank goodness it was not an issue. The day of the job being done Alex came to introduce his crew to me and promised that they would contain the area and clean up. The job was so small it took the crew longer to set up an containment area then the actual take down of the wall. Both men that were here we very friendly and professional and even took precautions with my dog in the house making sure she never escaped out an open door. When they were finished you would never know any work was done as there was absolutely no mess. They throughly cleaned up and disposed of all materials. I was very happy with the job and the timely manner in which it was done.
