Sam arrived as promised, quickly identified the problem and gave me a quote. The quote was reasonable so I gave him approval to proceed.
He repaired and tested the oven and stovetop sockets as promised. He left the area clean and tidy.
Sam is a very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him.
