Sam came within three hours of my call to look at my washer and dryer. He gave me some good advice on what to do since the washer is heading to the afterlife and gave me a quote on the dryer which I’ll take advantage of if we don’t get replace both. Very friendly and informative.

Sam made the trip out here quickly, and fixed my stove quickly and painlessly. Sam walked us through everything we needed to know about our aging gas range. As a plus, Sam was one of the only people willing to work on a gas range.

Maytag dryer was not heating and I called Sam, he came on the time and checked the dryer, he quickly determined the problem and estimated the cost and the time, he saved my money of purchasing a new dryer by fixing my old one with reasonable cost, highly recommended.

I've called Sam since my fridge was not cooling. Sam gave me a time frame where he will be coming to fix the fridge. The first good sign was that he came ontime.

Sam started asking me questions and symptoms of the problem. He then shared with me what he suspects the issue would be and clearly mentioned to me the fees before starting work.

He showed professionalism in dealing with the fridge problem and checking each and every aspect. His priority was to fix the issue without having to replace parts and that is what he did.

In fact he went above and beyond as the cooling didn't start after couple of hours since he left. Honestly I was concerned, so I contacted him. He gladly responded to my concern and explained to me what to expect. Next day, and as he said to me, the fridge was working flawlessly.

I contacted Sam when Our Samsung fridge broke down after 11 years. He responded promptly and came on the weekend. He diagnosed the problem with the PCB inverter board and we were able to get our fridge up and running. I would definitely recommend him.
