Fixify Appliance Repair

It is second time we have used services of Sam. Our refrigerator suddenly stopped working. We called Sam and he came same day, even so it was a very late night. He took time and repaired a broken part in our fridge. It's been working even better now than before. We are very grateful to Sam for his quick response and an excellent job with this repair. God forbid if something happens again with our appliances, Sam is our man to call for help.

Repairman returned free of charge on follow up repair when there was a second issue. Charged us only for the parts and came on a holiday. Service was fast and efficient

Our machine wasn't working. Sam came and checked appliance. He assessed the situation and was able to provide the necessary replacement piece and fix it on the spot. All the work was well done.

Sam was an excellent repair man a gentleman right onto points gave me a great price I am so happy with the service I will recommend it for all my friends and family, He repaired my sons fridge and mine same-day service with no extra charge .
I had a friend who recommended him to me he repaired her stove also in the same day and she was extremely happy with the service again polite I will give 100% on the service

We had a problem with our gas oven not heating up. Sam came on the weekend and replaced our temperature sensor and cleaned all the burners. Thanks for taking care of our oven. It’s working great now! I recommend Sam for any repairs you need.

Sam came on Friday night and found several issues that were causing the problems with my 2 year old Samsung dishwasher. He found them quickly and gave me options and asked how we'd like to proceed. He took care of them, cleaned up the filter and more. I highly recommend you try them out.

From the moment he arrived, he was professional, calm, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We had a washing machine that had an issues occurred with error in the board during my last wash, Sam diagnos the issue and he quickly identified the issue. Sam advised us appropriately as we tried to decide what to do. We eventually decided to go ahead with the process to repair the machine and Sam took the time to ensure that he did the job properly and thoroughly. He was incredibly neat, and very considerate, considering these unprecedented times. He came in full protective wear and we were very appreciative of his work. He is an incredibly trustworthy and diligent expert. We would highly recommend this marvelous company.

A total waste of time and money!

Hussam came over to fix my dishwasher which was doing a very poor job of cleaning the dishes. After a minute, without doing any diagnostic work at all, said "I know the problem - your controller is not starting your pump to remove dirty water when you start your dishwasher and dirty water is flowing back from the drain". He said it was $280 to fix, and the cost of any parts that would be needed. He said there was no warranty on the service, and if the next day it did not work, I was out of luck. He did say parts had a warranty. I asked how he knew that by just looking, and he said it was "experience". I kept pushing this, and kept getting the same response.

I started the cycle and stopped it, and cleary showed that it drained fine. The controller was obviously working fine. I later attached the drain to a bucket and saw the flow was fine.

I was not about to pay $280 for a repair without any idea of the parts needed, or any diagnostics. More so when the issue explained was clearly not the issue.

I am upset I paid the $80 (at first requested in cash so there would be no tax) and wrote to them, and got back a nonsense response of "I did the diagnosing and I told you the problem but you are cheap! you don't want to pay you want me to repair your Dishwasher for $80" $80 to fix would have been fine, or even to get a detailed diagnostic and and estimate.
