Santizo construction

I had a very small landing in the house & we wanted to enclose the overhang at the front to make it a proper entrance adding 50 sq feet. We now have a proper front entrance with a beautiful porch to greet family & friends. The front of the house looks amazing and does not look like a bump-out, but that it was originally built with that entrance. The siding was matched perfectly to the style of the home and the door we had selected. The tiles we laid beautifully with the heated mat, which was professional installed by a licensed electrician along with the other outlets that had to be added or moved. The building code was followed to a T and the inspector was called for approval as the project moved forward and any changes that were required were address immediately. Some additional cost were incurred due to the scope of the project, which was part of our contingent fund, so no big surprises. We also decided to change a few things as we saw the project evolve and wanted to make sure we were happy with the final product. Josh & Marco are amazing workers, take pride in their work, and asked questions throughout the Reno to make sure, we as the homeowners, were pleased with the Reno as it progressed. The work area was always cleaned at the end of the work day to make sure there was no danger of anyone getting hurt. I would highly recommend and praise the work that was done on our front entrance expansion. Should we have any further projects in the future for our home, I would only call Santizo Construction, as they work with you, not against you & it is your wishes they work towards and make small suggestions to better the results. I am thoroughly pleased with the work that was done & it was well worth the wait and small inconvenience of using our side door. Great Job - Josh & Marco
