We used the company to help restore our rental property after evicting a tenant from hell and preparing it for sale. Not only were they great at their craftsmanship, but Rabia was also able to advise us on what areas of the home to focus on to get maximum value.
The work was done on time, and within the budget agreed upon. We will be using R.N Improvements again as they afford us a peace of mind you rarely get in the rental business.

Home remodeling, conversion from single to legal duplex/triplex

We only had good experience with RN improvements. With very limited oversight they take care of all the building permits, interact with inspectors and the city building department. They are Reliable, knowledgeable and honest. We have thus far worked on 4 house conversions from single dwelling to legal duplex, in addition to smaller projects. Will definitely hire again!

I've used this company on 3 different properties of mine and was always satisfied.

The crew was very professional and worked efficiently to get the job done on time and on budget.

It was completely hands off for me as RN dealt with the engineer's drawings and the City on my behalf. All work was done to code and passed inspections the 1st time.

They're definitely my go to team when it comes to renovation projects as they're reliable and professional.
