Bought a new home and had just moved in and this was the company my builder chose to install fireplace and fan.Used the fireplace 8 times at most because the time we moved in and summer did not use it very much because of the weather. Went to turn on the fireplace and fan no longer works. I called in to customer service and spoke to a girl who basically said doesnt matter how much you used it but the warranty is over thats how it works, but I will get the manager to call you tomorrow, and he did no empathy, when I asked if that is normal it happens and you cant do anything about it you could get a bad one. They can send someone out for a fee and then parts etc. For lack of no empathy and customer service would not go back as a fan should not break down after 8 times used or less. Poor customer service and dont stand by products or service.
They came timely and did a great job. They changd a faulty switch. They told me how to clean the glass and left me with a cleaner. They gave me a very reasonable timetable for maintenace on my fireplace.
Very professional and helpful.
They supplied and installed a new fireplace.
Also they had a good pre-sales as they helped me decide what I needed and how to prepare the rough-in.
These guys were great. We visited their showroom, which had a great selection, and chose our fireplace. Then they came to rough in the natural gas, called the inspector, passed, and within a few weeks were had a new fireplace. Very friendly and very efficient.
I asked them to come out to look at why my fireplace wasn't working. They told me that it was under warranty and that it won't be a problem. The first appointment the technician did not show up. The second time he did come and then told my fiance it was just the switch but he didn't have one and we could go and get it at Home Depot. He made it work though with the existing one in the meantime...???
Then he performed a cleaning without any go ahead and charged me for it!! He took advantage of my fiance not knowing what they problem was. Wouldn't use them again.
We build a new home and had Classic Fireplace installed a new gas fireplace. They were very friendly and knowledgable. Installation was done fast without any problems. I would highly recommend there services.
The glass kept popping off of my gas fireplace insert and I needed it either replaced or put on again properly. I also hated the old "vermiculite" stone feature in the bottom of the tray. The technician was on time, very friendly and cleaned everything in and out including the glass. He then checked the readings on everything and replaced the vermiculite with lave rocks for no extra charge. Cleaned up after himself too. I was very pleased and will have them back again next year for yearly fireplace inspection.
Service and cleaned my fireplace. Fantastic service. The technician was great, and clean and tidy and did his work, cleaned the glass. Super company. they were prompt and did a great job. When it didn't work the 2nd time, they sent someone back in and fixed the little problem for FREE
I went to use my fireplace when it was cold out, but it didn't work at all, Would like light. I called classic, and they came out the same day. The serviced and cleaned and there was a broken ignition wire that had to be replaced for $12.00 the whole bill was $135 for the cleaning and the trip out, I was very happy with the work they did
I recently renovated my basement and had Classic Fireplace install a new gas fireplace. They were very friendly to deal with and had the job done within a couple hours. I would highly recommend there services.
