Jared did my front porch make-over 2 years ago. THE ROOF LEAKS EVERYTIME IT RAINS AND HE WONT RETURN MY CALLS.

He left my job without finishing everything as promised and for the past year, he wont return any of my calls.

Just another contractor who won't follow up. Don't use him, you'll regret it.

Jared renovated my condo - he put in new floors, a flat ceiling with potlights, building a wall, and putting in baseboards.

Jared took a lot longer than anticipated to finish the job. Initially on some weeks, there would only be someone working one day of the week. Jared also ended up being $2000 over his estimate. All he could provide was an estimate, so based on his methods there was no way to avoid this.

I had issues with jareds work and since then, things have literally come undone as seen in the pictures. I have a baseboard that has lifted, which is something I've never seen before. My flooring has also lifted and separated. My kitchen flooring looks unfinished. And above a front hall closet, the wall looks rough and unfinished. Unfortunately on the last day when it was time for touch ups, Jared sent one of his workers who only offered caulking to cover up certain issues. Above the closet needed plaster and paint but that was out of the question.

I called Jared to let him know a baseboard lifted and sent him pictures. He said he would come on a certain day of the week in the morning. Not only did Jared not come, he didn't message, and avoided my messages. I followed up and asked if he was still planning on coming, and Jared let the weeks pass, showing no intent to fix his work. Even worse, while the renovation was going on, I suggested Jared to my realtor as someone who could do some work. My realtor hired him and had a similar experience to mine. In the end Jared avoided his calls and messages to fix his work.

I give Jared 1/10 because I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix his work, and Jared vanished after he said he was going to fix his work. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

We called Jared from Chineye Studio to take a look at our 96 year old home. Jared was the only one who made time to deal with our basement issue. We now live in a home with a secure foundation and we aren't concerned about for our family's safety anymore. He made the home livable.

Jared is not your typical contractor, he did not make empty promises, or cut corners. He has great work ethics and communicates well. He explained everything to us step by step. He is also very approachable and honest. We've dealt with a lot of contractors and we've always felt taken advantage of.

We will for sure be contacting Jared again for more work and recommending him to everyone.

This is the fifth job Jared has done for us. He is a very agreable fellow who has some fine co-workers. On time and a job well done and excellent clean up when completed

I was in a pinch looking for a contractor to take on a very small piece of work. I reached out to about 10 companies and Jared was the only one to respond which was wonderful because he was straightforward and quick with his quote, he was able to get the work done well and in a timely manner. The entire experience was great from start to finish.

Jared and Tony came to my house to insulate my windows. While no other companies took the challenge, Jared was the one who took my call immediately and did a free estimate. They were punctual, clean and professional.

Found Jared amoung a few other quotes he comes across fresh and creative and willing to go. No fuss lets get the job going. He provided drawings within 2 days and knew exactly what my vision was. He captured it pretty fast. The job is almost complete .
