Hardwood Giant

Will not recommend hardwood giant at all. I used Hardwood giant to install vinyl floor in basement office of about 120 square feet. I am not happy at all with their service.

Advertising is misleading - there is no free installation. "Free installation" starts at $1,000. Website claims total customer satisfaction with last 10% of payment paid after final review and work done to satisfaction, and claims that they will remediate if issues are identified. Not so. They ask full payment be made 3 days before any installation work. Once install done, they will not address any of your concerns. their professional installer refused to take off shoes when entering home. Did not come with any drop cloth; basically said I should provide if I wanted such. Refused to install baseboard I had provided (as the ones they came with were different size; even though this was cleared with salesperson. Worse yet is the installation of transition strip where the installer literally ripped out about 4 square feet of underpad on carpeted side of room when installing transition strip. Literally walking on hard concrete on this area of carpet. Have raised this issue with hardwood giant, and no one seems to care about getting this resolved. You can use hardwood giant to view samples etc, even purchase flooring if you must, but would not recommend their installation services at all. Its the absolute worst.
