We decided to get Bravehomes to do our garage early this year, but because we moved into a new build the lot wasn't graded yet. Construction supplies were going up due to supply chain issues and inflation, so we were worried about having to wait until later. In order to lock in prices, we gave a 50% downpayment which was scary because we never worked with them before. Thankfully, they turned out to be honest and very competent people! Serhiy and Tanya's team were great. They were very flexible to work with since we also changed some specs and added improvements along the way. We absolutely love our new garage that they built for us! We definitely see how our garage turned out high quality, with modern garage openers, lights, bigger windows and doors for a reasonable price. We highly recommend them if you're looking for quality garage builds, and would love to work with them again in the future. Thank you again Serhiy and Tanya. I really appreciate both of you!
