Giancarlo was a pleasure to deal with. He was very polite, quick to correctly diagnose the problem and made an extra effort to expedite delivery of the new part; minimizing the length of time we were without heat.

Diagnosed the problem, repaired it. Saved me money from needing to replace the whole tank. Easy process the whole way, would recommend.

Our furnace stopped twice without reason and made a lot of noise. Giancarlo from Irwin heating & cooling came to clean it and find the reason our furnace stopped. After cleaned it, he discovered the problem and came again very quickly to change a piece of our furnace. And now the furnace works perfectly without strange noises.

Giancarlo responded in a timely manner, explained exactly what the job entailed and provided a very competitive quote. Part way through the job when I wanted the vent slightly shifted, Giancarlo was more than happy to oblige. He even followed up a second day to add a second coat of silicone to the exterior of our hood vent and a layer of paint to the exterior gas line-neither was needed, but he insisted on doing a job that ensure we would never have any issues moving forward.
