Very unprofessional!! I booked with these guys over a week ago and ready to move on the day of. I was scheduled for 9am and they said they were on their way which was great. An hour and a half later they didn’t show up, I called several time to see where they were and they said they got pulled over by the MTO which I find very sketchy and odd. They said they will be here another hour, I was like fine we will wait. Then they never showed up, I called again and they said they had to stop in Uxbridge which I was like upset because I have been waiting for these guys since 9 am. Then no one showed up I called again and they said their truck was stuck in a ditch. Several hours later, I called again and was very upset at this point and it was already 5 pm. They told me they can’t come because they were tired and I was so mad that i had trusted these guys to move my furniture the day of and we needed to be out the next morning from the place. Very unprofessional and frustrating that I wasted my whole day waiting For these guy. Be care who you trust because I definitely do not recommend them at all!!

I apologize for this inconvenience, the truck was stopped for inspection when it was heading to your house for moving on HWY 400 , there was a snow storm on the day of the move.
When they moved out of the MTO inspection station , the truck did got stuck in the snow and almost fell in the ditch on the side of the road, roads were not cleared at that time. We had to wait for 2 tow trucks for more than 4 hours to get the truck out safely and they charged us $1440 to get it out.
The team had to stand outside for the whole time truck was stuck, we asked you reschedule for next day but you declined the request.
We had given you a refund of your deposit, and will be sending you another $100 for the inconvenience.
