A VERY disappointing experience all around. It began with them arriving 3 hours late, on their phones constantly, boxes marked "Fragile" delivered upside down with heavy items stacked on top. Garment bags tossed "at" the closet shelves. Customer Service great in that they called back and gave a small amount in compensation, but was uninterested in hearing what the specific issues were. I would never hire them again.
