I have had the worse experience hiring Apollo movers.
They have wasted so much time just by standing around and playing with their phones. Took forever to finish the job and they were the most lazy movers I have ever seen in my life.
They were not helpful and extremely slow. Due to their slow moves— we have to do a lot of work by ourself.
I would not recommend anyone waster their money and hire them.
They took 10 hours to finish the moving which could have been done way quicker.

I apologize for the inconvenience, according to our records we moved a full 3 bedroom house including disassembling and assembling with 3 movers and a 26ft truck. It was already mentioned in your quote that the move can take between 8-10 hours.
It takes time to disassemble, wrap and properly pack up the truck.
If can describe where the movers were not helpful and slow, we will definitely take action towards them and will resolve it.
