Apollo moving

They were careful with everything that was to be moved. They wrapped furniture to ensure it didn't get scratched or marked up. They put mats down on the floor so the floors were protected and the work continued. When it came to placing the load into the storage facility, they knew how to pack it properly and safely. I highly recommend them and will be using them to move my things from storage into my new home.

Very unprofessional!! I booked with these guys over a week ago and ready to move on the day of. I was scheduled for 9am and they said they were on their way which was great. An hour and a half later they didn’t show up, I called several time to see where they were and they said they got pulled over by the MTO which I find very sketchy and odd. They said they will be here another hour, I was like fine we will wait. Then they never showed up, I called again and they said they had to stop in Uxbridge which I was like upset because I have been waiting for these guys since 9 am. Then no one showed up I called again and they said their truck was stuck in a ditch. Several hours later, I called again and was very upset at this point and it was already 5 pm. They told me they can’t come because they were tired and I was so mad that i had trusted these guys to move my furniture the day of and we needed to be out the next morning from the place. Very unprofessional and frustrating that I wasted my whole day waiting For these guy. Be care who you trust because I definitely do not recommend them at all!!

Dealing with Apollo Moving was great and all the moving guys were also very professional and courteous. They took care of our moving with great intensity. I Highly recommend this company.

Movers did not arrive on time. Because we did not move out of the storage unit on Nov 30 (date of move), we had to pay 400.0o for the next Month rent. Also our deposit was not returned.
We got another moving company and moved on Dec 6, 2021.
This company never bothered to call or explain reasons for not fulfilling their obligation.
It was very frustrating and we may have to resort to other means to at least get the money owed.
We have written to the company for reimbursement for our deposit and additional rent paid even if we have to go to court to recover our dues.

Searched high and low for movers and found Apollo Moving to be the most reasonable with their quote. Skilled crew, showed up on time and completed the move under 4 hours, start to finish. There was a locker full of our stuff involved too. Everything was done carefully. I would highly recommend their services.
