My Samsung washer stopped turning on. I called this company because we called this company for microwave repair. Which was great. Apparently not that company. The technician from this company came the same day and said the problem is with the draining system. $290 repair. Did something then turn it on and said that its display panel problem and needs to be replaced. Cost $450. We agreed.
Than after a week the board allegedly arrived and said that the panel blew out right on the turning on. He said he does not recommend future repairs and said to call the company for refund. I did and the woman
there offered 30% discount on the cost of the part, that their policy does
not provide for refund and then after 15 min conversation she hang up
on me.
