Long story short - (1) I was told by their representative, that THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY PROCESS to escalate the complaint if the customer is not satisfied with the service.
(2) They charged me $260 extra for servicing washer which was not necessary - since the complaint was for replacing Gasket which was the issue reported to them in the first place - Total paid to them $850
(3) They repaired the Gasket initially, but charged me for the New one. We had to argue with them, and to convince them that it is not new.
(4) When fixing the washer, their technician uninstalled the Dryer, but did not install it back again correctly. (I have reason to believe that was deliberate). When I request them to install the Dryer correctly, this company refuses to help take care of it.
AND TO TOP IT OFF, WHEN I ASK FOR THE ESCALATION PROCESS, GOT TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NONE.
