Not good work, not recommended

We have terrible experience with Terracon. We did Fencing in our community. Our gate is crooked and and they put old one screw on two hinges!! During high wind its blown away. We have life time warranty so we called and messaged many times to fix it. But they never pick up the call neither message. Once you paid thats all, they forget whose you are. I dont recommend Terracon at all. This experience is not only with me but many people in my community.
