I called Arno to inquire about repairing sections of my hardwood floor that we have just lived with for the last 4 years. He came within days of my call to repair a few issues we had. One section of our hardwood floor had a missing piece which I didn't think could even be fixed. Arno had it repaired quickly and you would never even know there was a piece missing. He truly does great work, he is efficient and fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend him to family and friends and I will call him in the future for any other issues with my flooring.

Had to fix a builder's grade railing with not enough strength and sturdiness. Arno went out of his way to find a closely matching post. The work was on time, on budget and great quality. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Arno was professional, offered great suggestions, showed up promptly everyday, and delivered a fantastic end result. The only small grip I have is that he said he doesn't paint so I had to spend a couple hours over the weekend painting the risers and quarter round. He also wouldn't fill in the nails with wood filler which was slightly annoying, but again very small points compared to the thorough job he did. Very happy with his work overall and would recommend him to anyone.
