Tom of Empire Electrical was the first to call for my enquiry in HomeStars. He is very enthusiastic and came over the next day. I wanted to upgrade my panel from 100 to 200 amps. After opening and checking my panel, he said I didn't need to upgrade as I actually have 200amps (100+100). I didn't realize this as I was told otherwise. Tom even calculated and tested the various charges like the oven, AC and others. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. After about 45 minutes of explaining to me my panel situation, I am so glad that need not upgrade. It was evening and I asked where he lived. It was actually far from my house. I am grateful to Tom for his service, and it didn't cost me anything. Tom showed me exceptional customer service and I will definitely call on him should I need other electrical services.
