My old door let noise in, was not moving well on the tracks and the color was definitely outdated. My new door keeps the noise out and is incredible looking, I love it.

From the start - dealing with the initial consult and purchase with Mark, to Kenny and his install crew at the end - Kempenfelt Windows and Doors treated us with courtesy, and professionalism. We upgraded our basement windows, and majority of windows on the main floor including a new sliding patio door. The prices were very fair and the work was done exactly as promised. We were very happy and satisfied with our purchase that in fact - we just ordered more products from them. Highly recommend for your future window and door upgrades. A+++

My wife and I are very thrilled that we chose Kempenfelt. We wanted to use locally made products and installation. Our sales account manager, Mark, was knowledgeable and helpful in providing suggestions. We had a 2 large windows and master ensuite that needed to be replaced and he was able to suggest something more functional for the ensuite, which we never thought about. The install team were all local full time staff (another consideration of ours). They were polite, explained what they needed to do, and placed covers over the carpeted areas where they worked. It was a hot summer day and they did not let them stop them in getting the work done. My shutters were reinstalled exactly they were. Even my neighbours commented how great they looked. We are very pleased that we chose Kempenfelt and thankful for the whole experience.

People were great to deal with. Product is excellent and install was effortless. The only problem was delivery. Ordered in March was to be 7 week delivery. Did not receive until June. Leave yourself lots of time for delivery.

I found Kempenfelt through neighbors and just advertisement. They did the front and back windows and one door .Overall I have to say they were just fantastic, everyone who was involved in the project had a job to do and did it well. Just top notch work, I would recommend them to anyone who ask.
