Luciano and Jeff made choosing Model Living an easy choice and then backed it up with a very successful build. The proposal they put together was far more detailed than the other contractors - they broke down all of the costs (including their own fee) and gave me a detailed schedule of all the work that would be done each day. They then executed on that plan perfectly. There was only one hiccup that was totally out of their control, but they took care of it without any major delay.

The customer service we received from Model Living was excellent. Luciano came by to check out the job within hours of me reaching out and provided us with a very affordable estimate. They started painting 2 days later since we were under a time crunch to get the project done before Christmas. The project was done quickly, but with great attention to detail. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a painter.

Model Living installed vinyl floors throughout our condo and did an outstanding job. Luciano provided us with their extensive catalogue and offered samples for every product we picked out. The floors we selected were 30% off retail and the installation price was very reasonable as well. Overall, great customer service and  awesome pricing - thanks Model Living.

For the most part, the contractors we interviewed, looked around and then tossed out a number without any explanation. Not Model Living. Jeff came by with an iPad in hand and took the time to inspect and measure every corner of our bathroom. The price they came up with was lower but more importantly, they were able to explain to me how they came up with it. We obviously went with Model Living and I’m glad we did. Every employee from Model Living I interacted with was very professional and the finished product made it look like I hired $10,000 designer.

I hired Model Living to do a very challenging exterior paint project and they did not disappoint. The house is very big (8,000 sq. feet) and required a lot of repairs, so I interviewed quite a few painting companies before deciding to go with Model Living. They were the only ones that had the answers to all my questions and provided me with a documented summary of how the work would be done. Once they got started, their attention to detail continued. They spent days preparing the areas prior to doing any painting (scraping, sanding, plastering, sanding, re-plastering and sanding again!). Once they finished their prep work, they did for 3 coats of paint and the results were outstanding. I’ve hired a lot of painting companies over the years and I’ve never experienced this level of service. I’ll be using Model Living for all projects going forward.

Before we moved into our new house, we hired Model Living to install new floors. They were very knowledgeable about their products and did a great job recommending options for our new home. They carry the top brands (we went with Torlys) and offered better pricing than the other retailers we looked at. Needless to say, I’ll be using them again for future renovation projects.

Jeff and his team were incredibly fast and professional. It only took 3 minutes for them to call me when I asked for a free quote; they were here that same afternoon to measure up and I got the quote the next day. Two days later they were painting my house. I'd definitely use them again.

Luciano and his team were amazing! They were very quick to respond to emails and set up a time to come see the spaces we needed paint. Luciano went through the job with us and was able to get it done within the week. His painter was professional, on time, well equipped with materials he needed and did exactly what we were hoping for. The quality and customer service provided Model Living was superb. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their home painted!

My experience with Model Living was beyond my expectations. I had met with several other companies/individuals prior to making the decision to go with Model Living. Right from the start, Model Living was quick to respond, follow up, and answer any questions. Getting a quote was made extremely simple, and quick. They provide large swatches, which makes it much easier to make a decision on colours. The painter was excellent, very professional and left everything very clean. The paint looks amazing. I will use them again!
