Michaels Appliance Repair Inc.

When my Amana stopped working I phoned their Customer Service.
They use Michael's to do their service requests in Toronto.
Michael's sent a technician next. He said the fridge needs a new compressor and should have the parts in a few days and will return then.
Six weeks went by before Michael said they finally got the parts from Amana and the technician returned and fixed the fridge.
The technician was a pleasant fellow, and the fridge works now, but Michael's never answers their phones. I don't even know if they have an office. The communications seemed to be only by text messages.
Admittedly, Amana may have been the problem though they said Michael's failed to order all the necessary parts???
