Michaels Appliance Repair Inc.

Our new fridge was under warranty and the manufacturer sent technicians from Michaels Appliance Repair Inc in an attempt to solve the issue. They are not good at all, they are really bad. Over a period of three months, their technicians have visited numerous times but were incompetent to fix the issue every single time. They concluded by confirming that they were able to identify the issue but were not able to fix it. In addition, the fridge now has one more issue than it did when we initially started this service campaign. I have zero reservation and hesitation calling them unprofessional and unreliable.
