I had a load bearing wall removal to have a concept open between dinning room and kitchen, i hired Behzad from Design professional Engineering Inc. to do the job.
He came and assess all structural parts in basement, main floor and second floor and took measurements. Then quickly prepared all structural drawings city needed.
I got my permit without any headache . He was excellent and i recommend him to every body
