Service was excellent and technicians were friendly. I had a Groupon voucher which included a filter replacement as well. But apparently, our filter was too thick and they didn't carry those types of filters, so a filter replacement was not done. I know filters are not expensive at all, but if only certain filters are covered by Groupon vouchers, I think that information can be noted somewhere or something of an equal price can be offered instead. But overall, I'm very happy with this company.
