I hired Raj and Strategic Homes Group to underpin and waterproof a 140 year old farmhouse in Stouffville, ON and he and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Dealing with a very old home requires someone with a lot of experience and technical expertise and I was very fortunate to have hired Raj. Thankfully Raj was able to do a great job! He was very professional in his dealings with the Town inspector and was able to anticipate any potential problems, again due to his tremendous amount of experience in the field. Raj is very courteous, respectful, honest, and honourable which I can attest to after dealing with him on a daily basis. He was very forthright during our conversations and during the entire renovation. He is a true professional! He also has very respectable and polite team of workers. As an example of how he operates he adjusted his timetable during the work so that I was able to accommodate other trades people. This saved me a lot of money. Raj also gave me excellent advice during the renovation that also saved me a tremendous amount of money. Again, I am very thankful! I would highly recommend Raj and Strategic Homes to anyone.
