Communications were timely and clear, the price was reasonable and compatitive, the workers were polite, neat and tidy, they showed when they said they would completed the job on time and budget. Racoons did quite a bit of damage to my shed roof, EMR included all repairs within the original quotation, which I greatly appreciated! I would highly reccomend EMR so happy as this was my first experience on Homestars I will use this service again!

Endri and his team were excellent to work with. They had great communication, and were professional and kind. I hired them to repair a flat roof, and they got it done in one day. Turned out the leak was coming from somewhere else in a door frame, and they came back to repair that as well. The job looked so good that we did all of the other doors in our house. I would definitely use them again if I had a roofing/siding issue!

We are very happy with the work EMR Renovation Services has done in putting a new roof on the front of our house in Toronto in April 2024. The old roof was leaking water into the brickwork and the front steps. Endri inspected the roof and explained what was causing the leaks. He outlined a solution with the best, most waterproof materials and gave us a quote. We agreed and he and his crew completed the job quickly and to schedule, cleaning everything up afterwards.
We would recommend EMR for diagnosis of roof problems, explaining solutions and getting the work done to schedule. Endri is a friendly person, and his workers were all very pleasant.
