Joe, Ben, Ian and team did a great job on my roof. They're approach is unique in that they set up a zoom call with me initially and Ben spent a half hour educating me on roof options and fielding my questions before I made my decision to hire them and honestly, their high level of communication before (and after) is one of the main reasons I chose them. Why the 9 and not a 10? Well the roof did have a minor leak after the work was completed, but I believe you can evaluate a company by how they deal with issues and defects. Joe's communication was prompt, and Ian and his team came out as soon as it was safe to do so (as it was during the winter and I have a 3 storey townhouse). It took another visit to sort it completely. It's been a couple years now since the work was completed and so far, so good!
