Andres was super unprofessional and I was extremely disappointed by his services. Very low-quality work even accounting the "discounted" price. The project was a small bathroom in which he promised to complete between 5 to 10 business days verbally, but did not mention he would pick those days whenever he pleased over the course of 2 months. He was extremely temperamental, did not take suggestions or complaints lightly. He would intentionally string us along each week with more and more promises but consistently let us down.
He got 90% finished begged for the remaining money and promised to come back the subsequent days but never did. Mostly we were happy to have him out of the house.
In hindsight, we wished we had done it ourselves but didn't due to time constraints (would've gotten it done faster without him) and avoided this roller coaster and disgusting experience.
He is super irresponsible and never trustworthy. All the extra stress and anxiety he gave us was insane. He would keep charging you extra for his mistakes that he was supposed to fix. They are not clean and they would come and go without notice. He does not have the experience as he says he does. I worked with different contractors, but never with someone like Andres. Amongst everyone I've talked he has provided the worst story of working with a contractor we have heard.
We could go on and on but don't want to waste any more of our lives on him. But please do yourself a favor and pass on this contractor.
