Andes Home Improvements

This was a relatively minor job but Andes responded quickly to our post on Homestars. They quickly gave us an estimate and we settled on a time for the work. Rob and his assistant were diligent throughout, even calling to say they may be delayed half an hour. This is a refreshing change from other contractors who don't seem to care about keeping their clients in the loop. The work is of excellent quality. The premises were left as clean or cleaner than before. I fully recommend Andes for your home improvement projects. I know I will use them again.

Rob and Tomas are friendly, accommodating professionals. They are willing to good the extra mile. They finished installing our fence and repairing the floor in our gym on time and within budget. We are very happy with their work.

AHI replaced an exterior door with a window, fitted new stair treads, installed kitchen counter, sink and cupboards in basement and completed the baseboard and trim. We were very happy with the quality of their workmanship.

We had several jobs that we were looking to do at once, the biggest of which was removing a major wall from our main floor, but also included reflooring a bedroom, removing old carpeting from stairs, electrical work, duct work and painting. Rob and Tomas did a fantastic job, completing all of the work in just two weeks. Not only do we love the work they did, but they were open and honest about any changes or obstacles, and were in constant communication with us while they were working. We would absolutely recommend them to do any job big or small.

We had Rob and the team install a wall and door, do related electrical, and paint our rooms. We couldn’t be happier with the work and the professionalism of the team. Pricing was very competitive. Rob was the most responsive contractor that I have ever dealt with.

Rob & Tomas are very professional, trustworthy and clean. The painting of our home was completed in 5 days. They both assisted us in choosing the colour and made sure we were pleased before proceeding. We would recommend Andes Home Improvements to anyone that requested our verbal recommendations. One of the things I like about Rob & Tomas is they waste no time on the work site. They check in with you from time to time to make sure that what they are doing is what you want. They obviously wish to please their clients. Turning my dining room into their work area was not easy, and obviously this project touched every room except bathrooms. I am very satisfied with the work that these guys did, and it was completed on time. My condo is over 1500sq. ft.

Andes installed flooring throughout our condo as well as wall adjustments and painting.

Rob and Tomas were extremely efficient and finished the work with no delays. Their pricing was fair and competitive.

Was looking for a quick turnaround on a backyard patio, in order to enjoy the waning days of the summer - Rob delivered. Great work by the whole team, the patio turned out great, especially considering we had a tight turnaround. Will definitely be hiring Andes again!

This company at first helped with our deck in the summer time. Very efficient and quick. We had them back to complete our renovation in our living room and hall. Again, very neat, efficient and friendly. Have already recommended them to my parents for work in their house. Will use there services again. Excellent service and trustworthy.
