A door and A/C unit were removed leaving gaps in the siding. Robert removed the siding and reinstalled it to tidy up the side of our house. At the same time Robert changed 5 exterior lights. We were very happy with the results.

I needed someone to paint my room and assemble furniture.
The hole crew was very professional from beginning to end. They paid attention to detail and tidied up after finishing. Tomas also assembled the furniture and made sure the nothing got scratched! Thank you! would 100% recommend.

Rob came in to replace the rotten subfloor in the sunroom and did not hesitate when asked to install new flooring as well.

Jennifer and Thomas came afterwards to paint. Despite unanticipated problems with the wood bleeding through the initial coats of primer, they soldiered on ultimately applying 5 coats of primer before they were satisfied. Again, great initiative. Thanks guys.

Just wanted to post a shout out for Andes Home Improvements.
Meant to do this sooner, as we had the work done during the month of mid-Nov to mid-Dec 2021.

Rob, Thomas, Jennifer and the whole crew were very lovely people to work with.

They were a friendly, pleasant, genuine group, and were extremely reliable, as they showed up every single day when they said they would.

They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, in order to leave us with as little mess to live in as possible, which we very much appreciated.

They worked very hard from the start of each day to the end, barely taking any breaks, so we actually made sure to supply them with some munchie lunch food to show our appreciation.

The work we had done.

- small portions of non-load bearing walls taken out to open up the main floor
- painted the entire house (upstairs and main floor)
- removed popcorn ceilings in the entire house (upstairs and main floor)
- laid wide plank laminate flooring on the entire main floor of the house (ontop of the old existing mutli-colored wood flooring)
- ripped up carpeting on staircase, and refinished and painted the stairs, wood spindles and railing
- ripped up carpeting on landing and refinished with paint and a nice edging around for a finished look
- reinforced 2 load bearing columns and but a nice square pillar casing around them
- put pebble river rock on the fireplace wall and around the frame
- extended the mantle piece on the fireplace and painted it

This was our first renovation that we have ever done, and we feel very lucky that we found Andes, as they make it very painless throughout the month of work.

We would certainly recommend them without hesitation, for the types of work mentioned above.

In the summer of 2021, a family member of mine retained Andes Home Improvememt to do some outdoor landscaping and driveway extension. The quality of their work and general customer service was superb which led to me contacting Andes for some kitchen, bathroom and floor renovations at my condo. As anticipated based on the work and feedback from my family member who used them in the summer, Andes was nothing short of excellent in every facet of the job.

Working with Andes employees Jennifer, Tomas and Robert from the inception of my renovation to the end product was a great experience. Their prices are excellent, quality of work was great and even more importantly, their communication, timeliness of getting the work done and their general acumen and customer service was a pure 10/10! I am not experienced in the home renovation industry and I hear lots of 'horror' stories of contractors taking deposits and not returning or not accommodating requests and just general lack of good communication. With Andes Home Improvements, my experience was quite the opposite of any type of horror story you may hear.

Their communication, customer service and accommodating of any requests was flawless. They gave me great suggestions on where I can save money, they communicated their progress send next steps of work very clear and generally a professional acumen throughout the whole process.

In summary, if you're looking for honest, hard working contractors who provide excellent customer service and make your life easier throughout the process while still providing high quality work, I HIGHLY recommend Andes Home Improvements for any of your indoor or outdoor Home improvement work needs.

We did our shower room base and installed a new shower tower with Andes home improvements. The quote was accurate and work was started and completed on time. Their work was very professional and clean. They also fixed a broken tile in our dining area. We are completely satisfied with their work. Communication was very easy with Jennifer. We would definitely call them for any future works.

So, I needed an emergency paint job, touch-ups, minor repairs and a bathroom ceiling fan removal and new installation done. Jennifer and Tomas reached out to me and even though I had to delay the start date, they still managed to get it done in the budget they first provided and also done in the limited time period I had. A truly surperb experience; I will be going back to them again for sure.

Rob is professional in masonry and is very kind. He did the job with his guy the way we want.
